Founded by Ken Tan and Charlotte Zhang, it covers where to eat, where to shop, what to do and what is worth knowing about across the island — and gives Singapore businesses a place to be found by readers who are already looking for them.
The team below plans the coverage, keeps the listings current, and works with the brands that advertise with us. Editorial coverage is never sold. Our commercial team and our editorial desk talk to each other, but anything paid for is labelled as such.
Charlotte Zhang - Co-Founder
Charlotte Zhang, our Co-Founder, built Kaizenaire alongside Ken Tan and set the direction the platform still follows: Singapore first, useful before promotional. She oversees how the business grows — which categories we expand into, which partnerships are worth taking on, and how commercial work stays clearly separated from editorial coverage.

Travis leads commercial partnerships at Kaizenaire.com. He works with brands, agencies and PR teams on sponsored features, custom ad solutions and directory listings, matching each objective to the format and the category that will actually put it in front of the right readers.

Allona Kim looks after the businesses that work with us once a campaign is live. She keeps partners updated on how their features and listings are doing, handles requests as they come in, and makes sure what was agreed is what actually runs.
