We publish a lot about Singapore, and Singapore changes fast. Restaurants move, prices go up, promotions end, businesses close. Sometimes we get something wrong.
If you have found something inaccurate, tell us. We would much rather fix it than leave it.
How to report it
Email team@kaizenaire.com or WhatsApp +65 9636 2204 with:
- The link to the page.
- What is wrong.
- What it should say, if you know.
- A source we can check, if you have one — an official website or menu is ideal.
What happens next
- We aim to acknowledge corrections within two working days.
- We check the detail against the business’s own published information or another reliable source.
- If it is wrong, we fix it.
- Where the error was significant — something that could have changed a reader’s decision — we note on the page that it was corrected and when.
- Routine updates, such as a changed opening time or an expired promotion, are simply updated.
If it is your business
You do not need to be a customer to report an error. If we have your details, hours, prices or location wrong, write in and we will put it right. Send the correct information from an address or number connected to the business and we can move faster.
We will correct anything inaccurate. We do not remove accurate coverage on request — see our Editorial Policy.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled a correction, reply to the same thread and ask for it to be escalated.
