● Inclusion Utilisation: All package inclusions must be utilized during the stay.
● Pet Welcome Pack: Each Pet Spa-cation package reservation is entitled to one set of the Addiction Pet Foods welcome pack; any additional set is chargeable.
● Availability: Items in the welcome pack are subject to availability. Replacement items of equivalent value will be offered if any items are unavailable.
● Pet Eligibility: The welcome pack and Ayurveda Pet Spa session are available for dogs and cats only. The spa session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
● Advance Booking: A 48-hour advance booking is required with our Culturist for the fur kid spa session at Petpawroni and the 90-minute body massage treatments at Auriga Spa. Reservations are subject to availability, on a first-come-first-served basis.
● Spa Availability: Petpawroni will be closed on specific dates (e.g., 29 March 2024, 10 April 2024) and will not be available for treatments. Guests staying during these dates can schedule treatment sessions before or after their stay.
● No Swapping/Upgrading: No swapping or upgrading of treatments is allowed in this package.
● Additional Treatments: Additional grooming treatments for pets beyond this package are chargeable. Guests are to make payment directly to Petpawroni.
● Pet Weight Limit: A maximum pet weight of 33 lbs or 15 kg is allowed for each stay.
● Pet Restrictions: Pets are not allowed in public facilities such as The Living Room, pool, spa, and dining establishments within the hotel.
● Couple’s Massage Availability: The couple’s massage room at Auriga Spa is subject to availability.
● Non-refundable Policy: Full prepayment is required at the time of reservation and cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded.
● Credit Card Requirement: Credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
● Pricing and Taxes: Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing goods and services tax.
