Terms and Conditions:
- The voucher is only valid for the GoCar, GoCar XL, and GoCar Premium services in Singapore.
- Each voucher is valid until the end of the Promo Code Validity Period stated in your confirmation email. Any vouchers that have not been redeemed by the end of the Promo Code Validity Period shall be forfeited automatically and may not be refunded.
- At Gojek’s discretion, the voucher may only be applied towards the fee charged by Gojek and/or the service provider in connection with the user’s order made via the Gojek app. The voucher may not be applied towards any additional charges such as cancellation fees, tolls, road-usage charges, takeaway charges, building or area entrance charges incurred, and any other applicable surcharges (such as but not limited to peak hour and midnight surcharges), which the service provider shall be entitled to collect from the user.
- Gojek has the right to suspend the processing of any transaction made over the Gojek App where it reasonably believes that: the transaction may be fraudulent, illegal or may involve any criminal activity; a service provider and/or a user are in breach of the Driver Services Agreement or the User Terms (as the case may be); or the user or any use of a Promo Code or voucher is in breach of these Terms & Conditions, and in such an event, the user shall not hold SISTIC or Gojek liable for any withholding of, delay in, suspension of, or cancellation of, any use of a Promo Code or voucher.
- The voucher may only be used once, and is not refundable, replaceable, or exchangeable for cash.
- No refund shall be given if the value of the voucher used exceeds the fees charged by the service provider.
- Only one voucher can be used per transaction. Vouchers may not be valid when used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or other vouchers.
- If the user chooses to make payment for the trip in cash, Gojek shall not be responsible for any errors in the amounts paid by the user to the service provider.
- Gojek reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the voucher without prior notice. Gojek will use its reasonable endeavors to give prior notice of any material changes to these terms and conditions; however, it is the user’s responsibility to review the voucher terms and conditions before using the voucher, and the user’s use of the voucher will constitute his/her acceptance to the amendments.
- The Gojek App may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications, including the devices used by the user, the service provider, or other third party provider being faulty, not connected, out of range, switched off, or not functioning. Gojek is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, damages, or losses resulting from such problems.
