- During the Promotion Period, a S$3 promo code will be issued when a customer downloads and registers as a new user of the App for the first time.
- This promotion is limited to the first 5,000 redemptions per month.
- New user scenarios not eligible for the S$3 promo code include:
- Users who had previously downloaded and registered their mobile number in the App but have since deleted the App and re-installed it using the same mobile number.
- Promo code is only available for bookings using the CDG Zig App and is not applicable for Street Hail rides.
- Promo code is limited to ONE redemption per user and can be applied only once per transaction in the App.
- For iOS users, please allow App tracking to participate in this campaign, receive promo codes, and other perks.
- Multiple promo codes cannot be used simultaneously for one single trip.
- Promo code value will be deducted from the final fare upon trip completion. If the final fare is below the promo code value, no refunds of the balance will be made.
- If the trip is cancelled or if the passenger fails to turn up, the user is deemed to have forfeited the promo code. No replacement will be provided.
- ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right to terminate the promotion or modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
