- Reservation Requirements: Must be made with a Shangri-La Circle membership number and is non-transferable upon confirmation.
- Payment Policy: Credit card prepayment for the full stay is required at booking and is non-refundable for cancellations, shortened stays, or amendments. Rates will not be adjusted towards any incidentals.
- Exclusions: Not valid with other offers, discounts, promotions, redemption bookings, or prepaid vouchers. Does not apply to group bookings.
- Package Inclusions: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services. Unused portions are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or vouchers.
- Reservation Requirements: Prior reservation is required and subject to availability. Blackout dates: 19-22 September 2024.
- Visitor Policy: Visitors are permitted in guest rooms until 10.00pm. Only registered guests up to the room’s maximum capacity may stay overnight. Charges apply for additional unregistered occupants, including children.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
- Early Check-In: Pre-blocking of the room is required for guaranteed early check-in, chargeable at one night’s rate. Standard check-in time is 3pm.
