- Eligibility will be validated by Strip’s staff before your appointment. If you are not eligible, standard prices will apply.
Terms and Conditions:
- Strip Pte Ltd (“Strip”) reserves the right to adjust, alter, or amend their menu at any time without prior notice.
- All packages (treatment or credit) sold are valid for 2 years from their date of purchase.
- All packages bought at Strip are to be used exclusively at Strip outlets located in Singapore and are not transferable to any related brands.
- A 5-day cooling-off period is offered for changes of mind on any purchases (packages, gift vouchers, products). A 10% administrative charge will be deducted for any refunds, subject to specific conditions on product returns and treatment consumption.
- After the 5-day cooling-off period, at Strip’s management discretion, a refund request may be approved for packages purchased, with only 50% of the amount refunded minus any treatment(s) used.
- No refund requests will be accepted after one month from the date of purchase.
- AFT packages are non-transferable and non-shareable.
- Customers must notify outlets of cancellations at least 5 hours in advance to avoid full charge deductions or payment pursuits.
