Welcome to Kaizenaire, where constant improvement is not just a concept but a way of life.

Heraclitus of Ephesus, a Greek philosopher, is credited with saying, “The only constant in life is change.” No matter how much we resist it, change is inevitable. We work hard to anticipate and adapt to shifting market and economic conditions and other external factors.

The good news is that there is some measure of command over which we may and should exercise control. This is a positive, self-initiated shift inside our institutions. How can we purposefully incite and direct constructive change? A phrase called “kaizen” may strike a bell with those who work in the industrial industry. The Japanese characters for “change” (kai) and “for the better” (zen) are the basis for the concept of “kaizen,” which can be translated as “change for the better” or “continuous improvement.”
